Air Spray USA currently has the following positions available:

 AT-802F Fireboss Pilot
 
Position description:
Operates as Pilot-In-Command (PIC) in the AT-802F Fireboss aircraft in support of firefighting contracts.  May also operate as PIC in the AT-802 SEAT aircraft.  Must be available for Company Annual Training accomplished during the Spring.  If not previously Fireboss qualified, must be available for Fireboss Qualification training.  Must be available for the entire fire season which generally occurs 15 April – 15 October. 
 
Responsibilities Include:
Relief or line pilot for Fireboss and/or AT-802 SEATs supporting Exclusive Use and On-Call contracts throughout the Lower-48 regions and Alaska with possibilities for contract early call-outs and/or extensions.
 
Minimum Experience Required:
  • 1500 hrs total in all aircraft
  • 1200 hrs in airplanes
  • 200 hrs ASEL
  • 50 hrs ASES
  • 100 hrs in turboprop airplanes
  • 250 hrs in airplanes with gross weight 12,500 lbs or greater
  • 200 hrs low-level flight below 500 ft AGL
  • 200 hrs in mountainous terrain as defined in 14 CFR Part 95 Subpart B
  • 100 hrs of CFR 14 Part 137 time
  • 100 hrs in airplanes in the last 12 months
 
Certificates/Skills Required
  • Current and qualified Commercial pilot with ASEL, ASES, and Instrument Airplane ratings and tailwheel endorsement. (AMEL desired)
  • DESIRED:  Current and qualified CFII with ASE rating (ASE and AME preferred).
  • Current FAA Class II medical
  • Current Biennual Flight Review
  • Level 1 SEAT qualification
  • Completed NAFA 2 within the last 3 years
  • Current passport
  • Fluent in English

AT-802 SEAT Pilot
 
Position description:
Operates as Pilot-In-Command (PIC) in the AT-802 SEAT aircraft in support of firefighting contracts.  Must be available for Company Annual Training accomplished during the Spring.  Must be available for the entire fire season which generally occurs 15 April – 15 October.
