ABOUT US
Founded in 1954, Air Spray is not only one of the world's oldest, but one of North America's largest private operators of aircraft for aerial wildfire suppression, currently operating more than 60 aircraft for fire control and support. Please see our fleet here.
In Canada, our main base of operations is at the Red Deer Regional Airport in Springbrook, Alberta - mid-way between Edmonton and Calgary. Some of our CL-215 and CL-415 operations are in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our US operations, primarily Airtractor AT802, Fireboss, and BAE 146-200 aircraft, are located in Chico, California. In addition to operating aircraft for fire suppression, Air Spray also designs, manufactures and installs fire retardant tank systems, flight simulators for fire operations, and smoke systems for air attack aircraft. Through our aerospace division, Springbrook Aerospace, we also carry out MRO for corporate and government aircraft, aeronautical design and engineering and aircraft parts fabrication.
