Air Spray’s engineering and maintenance division provides comprehensive aircraft maintenance, structural repair, modification, and engineering support for specialized aerial firefighting aircraft. Operating from our Canadian facilities, our experienced teams support fleet reliability through heavy maintenance, inspections, avionics integration, and the development of advanced retardant delivery systems and mission-specific aircraft modifications.
Building on decades of operational and technical experience, Air Spray continues to expand its aerospace capabilities through precision machining, sheet metal, component, and parts fabrication, and structural assembly production, supporting both internal fleet programs and external aerospace customers. Recent investments in advanced equipment, including CNC machining and forming technologies, support the company’s growth in in-house production capabilities. Air Spray holds Transport Canada and FAA certifications, including Design Approval Organization (DAO) certification, enabling the company to provide a full spectrum of engineering, maintenance, and aircraft modification services. |
